How to reduce/solve grey hair problem ?

I have some grey hairs and i am in mid 30's . I think this is genetic, but not sure if i dont take enough vitamins. that is why i need to dye my hair every 1 month.

Is there any medicine or ways to reduce the grey hair problem ?
