I started going grey at about 15, and have been dyeing my hair since the age of 21. Both my parents started going grey in their late thirties so i don't think that its in the genes. Are you stressed? Put your mind at rest and get it checked out by your doc cos its the melanin. Melanin is what gives your hair and skin its colour.

non, it is natural with some people to have white, grey or any colour of hair even as a child. my 6 yrs old cousin has traces of white hair

It really could be genetic. All the women in my mother's family get "salt 'n pepper" hair at a young age (around 21 or so). I have been fighting the gray hair since I was 21....thank god for loving care....my best friend lol !! Stress could also play a part as well as a balanced diet, proper exercise and enough rest. With all the color options and fun you can have with your hair I really wouldn't worry about it.

That's your genetics working. If it is bothersome, dye it. If you are just talking about a stay gray hair here and there, that is normal.
