Yes you can dye your hair but you will have to wait awhile and be careful not to over process your hair. What type of relaxing are you refering to? Dying of the hair, especially involving bleach/highlights/permanent dye is discouraged with thio relaxers (this is basically a perm without rods, and also the relaxer used in japenese thermal solution.) If you are talking about traditional hydroxide relaxers, those are harsh chemicals but again, with both, i think you will be able to dye it if you have it professionaly done and take care of it. I used a thio relaxer and have dyed my hair about 6 months later and there doesnt seem to be any damage; usually 2 weeks to a month is the rule for applying another chemical process but ask a stylist; you may be able to have both services at once if your hair can take it.
