I use Dove shampoo twice every week. I have problem of hair fall and premature grey hair since past five years. I use Vasmol 33 Kesh kala for hair dye. I also apply henna with amla and shikakai powder with egg to my hair once a fortnight. Tell me how to take care of my hair regularly. My age is 38 years.

PS....Premature Gray hair may be inherited, any way it goes I am sure you have EARNED every bit and don't have to hide it in my opinion!!!! I leave mine so far!!!!

Hi...rani...I am sorry to say at 38..this is not premature stage...it is common at this age....and please don't compare you with any body ..cause of heredity....or we could say this condition varies person to person....you may find a 50 / 60 man / woman without even a single grey hair...at your age you have to understand that ( the grey hair) it is going to stay / or it is going to increase. you could try these steps...

1.Try to have Vegetables and fruits,drink plenty of water,

and keep your hair clean..( it doesn't mean you have to wash

daily with shampoo.)

2. Using 'shikakai powder with Egg is good...henna as well

but using Vesmol or any other chemical substance for dying

is OK...you can cover your grey hair...but when you use

henna...then it is difficult for other chemical dye to give you

the required result...if you are using henna / herbal then

stick to henna / herbal only it would be better for you and

the scalps...,beware of some brand of hair dye powder

they mis guide us by printing ..the word..HERBAL..on the

packet as well as the leaflets...and please remember

no HERBAL substance can give long lasting black or dark

brown colour for the hair...without using / mixing the

chemicals such as ppd...and Hydrogen peroxide....
