It is impossible to get a true "GREY" color. Although Lighten it with blonde then put on a very ashy color. But again it will not be Grey. Just very light ash, And don't get a black dye and a white dye..lol.. The black will take over and thats what u will have is black hair. I suggest If u are really wanting it to go to a Salon . They can get u to a color closer to grey then u would be able to. I am a Hairstylist...
