I want to dye my hair grey-blue and I have no idea how. Any suggestions? My hair is dark brown, very short and a combination between asian and caucasian hair.

you can't dye it gray without bleaching first and then using a toner, but i've yet to see a good gray color that looks natural hope this helps

Bleach a LOT.
Then buy a toner like Wella with the name "silver" in it...like platinum but more grayish. or some other color like that
