What causes premature grey hairs and dwhat works to cover them? I know that there is nothing that I can do to get rid of them, but I need help masking them!

what causes them is when you go through a lot of stress your hair turns gray (or white) and when you wash your hair alot it dries it out and makes the chemicals in your hair do something and some how it turns gray. my mom told me that (she's 40) and at least going gray is better than going bald. just use un-permanant hair dye. it washes out up to 28 shampoos and it looks really pretty. and if you dont like the color than you could wash your hair 5 times a day for a week and it will be out.

I discovered my first grey hairs at seventeen. There's nothing to can do to stop them - it's genetic. Just go to a good hairdresser and start covering them up. Nothing ages a person more than grey hair.

It is genetics. I know a woman who was (and still is) completely gray by the age of 17. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do to stop the spread of the gray. All you can do now is to color your hair. You can go to the salon and have it professionally done, or you can go to your local drug store and buy a box of dye- just if you do decide to do it on your own, try to stick as close to your natural color as possible. Sorry, but trust me you are not alone on this!

Premature grey hair is genetic, or cause by severe trauma or stress. To blend them ask your stylist for some fine highlights or a demi-permanent color, to cover them ask for a permanent color.

Its normal, even I have few grey hair.. I think you genetically inherited it from your parents.. Don't worry too much, I have a friend in highschool who has lots of grey hair.. and she didn't mind at all.. There are also dyes on the market today, just get one for yourself so that you can cover it up, okay...? =D
