I hate grey hair and I color it at a salon but....?

it is like the grey hair is back within a week or the color did not stay on the grey hairs or something. It is so disappointing.and expensive. Is there something to touch up the roots and the grey hairs again without damaging the hair? Thanks for listening.

Try the newest Grecin 2010, it will fix it and in few months you'll get the main original color. Good luck.

Call the salon and ask if they guarantee their product.

Better yet, go back in there and show them what's happened. Demand (as nicely as possible) they redo it for free.

Talk with the salon manager.

Grey can be very stuborn... to cover correctly you need a permanent color... ask your stylist if its permanent. One thing you can do is get a color from walmart?? that is ammonia free semi perm for in between you salon appointments... get something that is a shade little than what you want. Clairols Natural Instincts is one... very simple to apply yourself at home.

I use Clairols Grey Busters on my grey hair customers that are hard to get complete coverage... and I have used everything on the market and this really works. This is available at Sallys beauty Supply if you have on in your area. Hope this helps!!!

Get it dyed with a permanet dye then they can touch up the roots once a month

There is a grey out wash in shampoo product called Fanc-i-ful or something like this and it comes in a long (almost avon-like) grey bottle with a pink top. My grandma always used it to get out her grey and it worked well for her. But you can always just buy a box of permanent color clairol that matches your color and use it at home rather than spending money in a salon. They probably use temporary wash ins so that you'll have to come over and over and make more $$ off of it which isn't right. DIY!
