Is there a product that lasts longer on grey hair?

It doesn't matter if I pay alot at a hair salon or do it myself, after the first wash I can always see the grey sneaking back threw. What can I do?

Are you going for a reddish color or blonde? That typically doesn't hold as well as brown does. Loreil (sp?) has a good one and doesn't smell as bad.

Your grey is your wisdom! Let it be seen and be proud!

go for hair colours they say "grey coverage" and if you are going brown put in a red rinse first, light hair like grey, white and blonde all need a base (filler) colour first...

Hi - I'm a hairdresser and I can say that I've had lots of luck with a product called Bigen. It's a powder that mixes with water and brushes on. A comparable product is Waterworks, and it's a little less expensive. Waterworks and Bigen are both available at Sally Beauty supply stores and at many others. Sally is also online if you can't find a store. Just know that neither of these products lighten hair. They both deposit color and both are super long-lasting. Leave them on longer than the directions say as neither will hurt your hair. One customer of mine with very dark hair and lots of gray, keeps it on for an hour. (Waterworks) It looks amazing. Good luck.
