Without all the expense what is a good hair color for a grey haired male?

i have grey hair, lots of it, not bald,50 yrs old %26amp; looking for something i can comb in or use as hair dressing. grecian formula only highlights the grey with black color on top but never the sides of head.

open to all suggestions.
