Why do you think you are getting them? Stress, runs in the family, and etc.

Sometimes it is simply genetic. My father was totally grey by his mid-twenties. I started coloring my hair at 22 since I was also finding grey hair.
Look at your family history? More often than not, it will "run in the family". Indeed stress could be a factor, but in your 20's, I highly doubt it would be much due to that.

i'm 26 and I got a ton of it. It runs in my family. My mother's father had silver hair by the time he was 35. The only good thing is, we never go bald!!!

It is hereditary. I started getting grey in my 20's. My sister is now in her 40's and her whole head is grey. She started in her early 20's also. Thank god for hair dye.

im not (THNK GOD !!!) but i know so many ppl, i know a guy (in early 20's) who has same amount of grey hairs as my dad, n my dad is 47 !!
alot of it is jst it runs in the famly, but smokin n stress brings it on quicker..

I have been getting gray hairs since my teens and by the way stress does not in any way shape give your or help you get gray hairs.

My sister's 24 and she has a gray patch. It runs in my family, my cousin also grayed early, she was a teenager. I don't know what causes it.

ReplyDeleteAlso, if you're getting gray hairs at a young age, (which is not normal don't forget graying people usually are old people, for instance in the cartoons most old people have gray hairs, that's how we recognize them) try to see if you're not suffering iron deficiency and have a complete blood test including checking of your Thyroid and B12 levels, graying of hairs is caused by a lack of melanin, which can be cured by injecting melanin in the hair bulb nothing's more simple than this! Genetics is not an explanation, it's the explanation bad physicians usually give when they're running out of arguments. Don't listen to them.
